Guest guest
Hi Nicholas, I had answered a similar question to Purushottama. Thank you very much for your answer as well. <<The reason Prabhupada gave his rasi as Gemini is probably >> <<So possibly the astrologer who >> Here we also have probably and posible but no absolute. To say that any lagna is official is no truth and it has room for verification. Last year i got the impression that Capricorn lagna was absolute but after verification of the source i find that it is not certain. I think that Capricorn lagna should be dropped as absolute as some "authorities" say because there is not a certain source yet. Many devotees may be mislead if they follow that absolute statement. You and everybody else have the right to follow any lagna. <<Anyway In the end Pandit Ojha predicted successfully on the basis of Capricorn Lagna and K.N.Rao who has the biggest repuatation in terms of predictive astrology rectified 39 events in Srila Prabhupada's life also thought Capricorn Lagna was right>> I too follow many events with both lagnas, either Capricorn or Sagittarius but i find that Sagittarius explains more events than Capricorn. With all my respects to either Ojha or Mr K.N.Rao for following capricorn lagna or to all capricornian folowers. All of of you can debate about it but you do not convince me, to me and to many other great astrologers and also non-great yet, Sagittarius lagna is the most suitable. <<little disappointed that the continual opposition from the believers in Sagittarius Lagna has meant no single chart has been accepted . >> I would say, thank goodness for that. I have read that ISCKON authorities were advised by Capricornians that such ascendant was official but they dropped their plans when they saw the opposition. They may not know much about astrology but i think that they did well. When in doubt, drop it. I am not against debates i just do not like to make a relative position into an absolute one because that is how in the end we may suffer dissapointments. Best wishes natabara das
