Guest guest
Dear Das and jyotisha, I am working on a chart of a person who was born in Colchester, Essex, England. The coordinate data I have is 0E54, 51N54 and the date of birth is March 1968. The problem I am having that the ACS atlas in GJ is listing the time zone as 1.0. Can this be correct? Could it be a bug? I would think that it would be 0.0 being less than a degree from the Greenwich meridian. Can anyone shed some light on this who is more familiar with UK date. I appreciate any help. Thanks, Karen
