Could you please quote the summer times there indicated for 1969,70 and 71? You quoted 2/18/1968, at 2:00, -1:00, 3/17/1968, at 2:00, -1:00, and -1:00 DST = -2 10/27/1968, at 2:00, -1:00, 10/31/1971, at 2:00, 0:00, back to normal. I guess that in 69, 70 and 71 there was a DLS as in 1968. If so i will apreciate the dates. Or it was just another DLS for 1968? FOr the entire time from 27/10/68-31/10/71 it was -1:00 with no DST.
