Guest guest
Since celibacy means no sex, may I ask if the clients marital difficulties were sexual in nature?(ie, impotency, frigidity) Thank you, Sandy In a message dated 12/15/01 7:11:52 PM Central Standard Time, costa (AT) AlphaLink (DOT) com.au writes: Dear John Ah Dhanista . I don't think I have a single Dhanista in my records with a suceessful marrital history. The presiding deity of Dhanista is the Vasus who played a trick on a sage who cursed them to fall to earth . The last of the Vasus was the great ksatriya Bhisma who took a lifelong vow of celibacy . He was a powerful fighter and many qualified women wanted to marry him but he never deviated from his vow . For a member of the royal order to take a vow of celibacy was very unusual .This would seem to be the origin of the difficulties in relationships . Guest guest
Thanks Nicholas for the prompt response and the additional information.... I had read somewhere about sexual weakness being associated with this Nak. and the celibacy thing would seem to make some sense.. Maybe the clients with the marital difficulties were hesitant to include such personal information as the cause of their difficulties.... Guest guest
Nicholas, Thanks for the insight you've given on the meaning of Dhanista. I'm in infamous (or famous, whatever the case might be) company since Marilyn Monroe was also born in this nakshatra. I have Jupiter in the 9th house and in swakshetra. So, I'm hoping that the Guru will get me out of some uncomfortable situations. In fact, the Guru has blessed me in many ways with "water from the Ganges".
