Guest guest
Wow, what a gift this is. Thank you Wendy. I hope you all don't mind if I make a few comments. This is entirely too rich and insightful to let it go un appreciated...publicly. Cynthia's Chart: It's a great blessing to have so many planets manifesting in such a positive way. Life, for such natives, has less thorns than the average....many opportunities! [me] this is true, but I would not have been able to see it until I hit the Jup. MD in '91 when I left my former job during the Sade Sati. What a turning point and greatly undervalued...of course, the pain was there along with the frustration. Lagnesh Saturn is exalted in 10th whilst his dispositor YogaKaraka Venus is exalted in 3rd, whilst his dispositor (Jupiter) is exalted in 7th. Sun is exalted in 4th; both Mercury and Mars are well placed in 5th and Ketu is benefited by being in a sign of Mercury. Moon is waning but in the house of a friend whilst his dispositor (Lagnesh Saturn) is exalted. The mutual aspect of Sun and Saturn, along with Jupiter's aspect on ascendant is excellent in terms of spiritual aspirations (moksha), and of course 12th lord's aspect on lagna promises travel abroad... [me] yes, but never traveled much until '95 then traveled a lot until '98. Too many pets to leave <grins> 8th lord Sun in 4th is an excellent placement to strengthen the spiritual character (nature) and beliefs of the native...a moksha lord in a moksha house is excellent in this regard... However 8th lord Sun exalted in 4th can bring difficulties in relation to mother, home comforts etc. [me] Very true, mother has Mars Rahu in the 2nd 'nuff said. The aspect of 12th lord Jupiter, whilst excellent in terms of moksha, can indicate heavy expenditure under his influence (dasa periods or transits)...more money going out than coming in...especially as he also aspects Venus, the planet of luxuries and comforts. [me] Not so, very much live within my means. The Rahu MD had financial chaos and a spouse who never seemed to keep a job. Jupiter has been steadily increasing finances and no debt. Even paying off my 2001 Subaru off earlier than need to and we bought our home, but paying off a 15-year mtg. faster as well. BTW, I finally traded in my old car when she was 12 and my inner voice said "trade in now!" during a Merc. Retro and a Solar eclipse. I do like nice clothes but buy 75% off. See, old Saturn keeps Jupiter in check...thank goodness! It's not surprising to see Cynthia (bravely) posting to the list. A strong 3rd house (lord) gives one the courage to do that...very courageous! many adventures in life...off to (courageously) enjoy the adventure of far-off lands :-) [me] I hadn't thought it was brave. Was more concerned with seeming to be self-centered. I've been told NOT to ever give out your data, but I assume that no one would really care anyway, unless they were as nosey as I am. I'm lucky, you were interested and generous. What luck! [Examine the charts of those who post most frequently to the lists...you will see that their 3rd house gives them the courage to do so. Without that they remain silent in the wings, or very occasionally pluck up enough courage to speak out.] Best Wishes,Wendy [me] Would you be so kind as to post yours??? c ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Wendy Vasicek: Vedic Astrologerhttp://www.members.tripod.com/ganesh_astro/JyotishVidyawenvas (AT) dingoblue (DOT) net.au~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya; Hare Krishna; Om Tat SatTo , send an email to: gjlist-http://www.goravani.comYour use of Groups is subject to the

See, old Saturn keeps Jupiter in check...thank goodness! Dear Cynthia, What you say is absolutely on the mark. I can speak from experience having exalted Jupiter in 7th :-) I also am not a spendthrift but do suffer the hardship (often) of more money going out than coming in with my husband frequently out of work. With 12th lord Jupiter exalted, natives generally spend on worthwhile things, i.e., travel to enrich the souls, books to increase the knowledge etc... For you, the positive financial push Jupiter gets (IMHO) is the aspect from exalted 1/2 lord Saturn. Exalted 2nd lord has got to increase the financial status of any planet (house) he aspects :-) Unfortunately that boost is not there for me with 1/2 lord Saturn in the 6th house of struggles, obstacles (enemies/rivals)...however with Saturn's dispositor Mercury exalted in 9th there are great blessings, in spite of the (obvious) difficulties and opposition to myself and to my finances, family etc... I'm rather loathe to give my data (again), done so many time :-( But none-the-less here it is. D.O.B. Sept 4 1943 T.O.B. 16.20 P.O.B. Guest guest
PS: For you of course Jupiter (in 7th) is Rahu's dispositor. Rahu in 12th found expression (during his dasa) through 7th house...losses connected to spouse. Wendy Cynthia Wrote: [me] Not so, very much live within my means.
