Guest guest
Dear Kundalika Congratulations A triple Uttarashada You must have some insights into this nakshtra please tell us something Now you have to live up to these potentialities . Most jyotish pandits have Bhaktivedanta Swami as having this nakshatra as his rising one . Some of the nakshtras are given a long list of blessings and others a long list of woes . There would seem to be some truth in this when you see the charts of someone like Kurt Cobain or Karen Carpenter you can really feel their pain through the nakshatras . Best Wishes Nicholas - Kundalika gjlist Sunday, January 06, 2002 6:47 PM Re: [GJ] Uttarashada Gee, thanx:) I am a complete Uttarashadha native, with Sun and Moon in Uttarashadha. This is the best take I've read on this Naxatra. K. - Nicholas gjlist Sunday, January 06, 2002 9:48 AM Re: [GJ] Uttarashad Dear Marcia Here is my take on UttaraShada This nakshatra is ruled by the ten Visvadevas sons of the Demigod Dharma and said to represent one virtue each .The result is that natives born under this nakshatra may posess many virtues .They are sincere people who try to be conciliators or peace makers .They are devoted to their spouse and very loyal and kind to their friends and so their friendship is durable .They are excellent organisers and have the ability to take a project from start to completion. This nakshatra is symbolised by the elephant tusk which is sharp and therefore associated with the idea of penetration .Hence natives of this nakshatra can posess a penetrating intelligence or some special knowledge . One concern with this nakshatra is that the native may take too much on and deplete his/her resources either physically, mentally or financially . Guest guest
Nooooooooooo! Sorry for misleading you there, my rising sign is not Uttarashadha. It's Ardra, and I think because of it, when I take up something, I am relentless and ferocious in my pursuit of it. Ok, as far as Uttarashadha goes, I'll tell you what I've read so far. "Cowardly, Learned, Sweet - talking, and Prosperity grows with age". Believe me, I didn't like this at all, because I am not a wimp, no way. But I sincerely feel that my Sun and Moon chart being the same, it is more potent that my lagna chart, and more indicative of life as it really is. Here are some insights from a personal viewpoint: Saade Saati is extremely troublesome, those were the worst days of my life. More so, because Sun and Moon are both in Shani's Navamsa, and Shani is STRONG and VAKRI. Yes, I am extremely well organised, I never lose anything, or misplace something. Dunno about spouse (not married), but very loyal to friends, and a close trusted circle of friends. Not a huge group of people to hang out with, like privacy (hence the alias). As far as knowledge goes, yes, an inclination to take up things in tons. For eg; I am a Vedic astrologer, a trait inherited from my Grandfather, who, with a Uttarashadha Moon, is also a Vedic astrologer. But I don't stop there, I also delve into Western, Numerology, Tarot, Palmistry and Chinese. Yes I like peace, but I won't back away from a fight if I feel that justice was not done. Finally, this is a piece of advice (for Uttarashadha natives) from my Grandfather, I seriously haven't tested it, but here goes: choose 21 as the date for starting anything new, or whenever a number is to be picked. Its Lucky!
