Guest guest
Namaste GJList, My 'yogi' planet is Ketu and, through my Jyotish studies, I am only beginning to realise the influence this planet has had in my life. In my chart Ketu also joins the 9th house. Because my access to reading material is limited until my books come, is there anybody who can direct me to indepth insight on Ketu on the web, or who has good knowledge of this interesting planet and its affects. Much appreciated. My rising sign is Leo. Robyn
Guest guest
The only experience I have of this is personal. Since Ketu lives in my first house, I have no sense of myself. I am always surrprised when people notice me -- I don't mean this in a self-effacing way, I mean I am surprised by their reaction since I've either forgotten I was in the room or meant what I was doing or saying entirely differently than it was intended. My thoughts are important to me but my appearance is not. My inner monologue is quite a bit more interesting to me than a conversation with others -- and in fact too much every day conversation I resent and feel intruded upon. I think those are ketuish things. C
Guest guest
Dear C, So, in other words, whichever house Ketu lives there might be this affect of 'dispersal' , or letting go, on the particular aspects which that house represents? Sorry...I am struggling for words here. I too know it only from personal experience. Since I have been in this sub-period of Ketu, things have just literally dispersed. However, I view this in a positive light in the sense that it is freeing me up to allow better things to come in. Thanks for the sharing. Disperses them and makes them sort of...impossible to hold -- whereas Rahu amasses things and makes you groan under their weight. The only experience I have of this is personal.
