Guest guest
Ketu is a confounding influence, because it seems to make things disappear. But I think, as you've just said, it more makes a thing seem to disappear. So though I seem to have no self to myself others do see me, apparently, fairly well, as you say your experiences of love are invisible ( but not nonexistent!) I was thinking also about the balance Rahu will make to the opposite house of Ketu. For me this is the seventh house...burdens in relationships for a person with no central self-concept! Well, a person without one of these is bound to have such burdens, and have them reinforced by the continuous interplay between the two forces. So Rahu and Ketu form a complex usually. . Very interesting. C
Guest guest
dear C , R , Nicholas well i too am sagitarius lagna, and ketu is in the 5th house of desires, love and intelligence for me. The desires, appearances, and love is negated for me as i do not beleive in external show. ketu is moksha karaka and his placement in 5th atleast gives such thouoghts. regards p p.s: sorry my name is partha sarathy, i am a jovian, jupiter in 5th, i cant use abbreiavations. please tell me your names. hey c is it yo cynthia gjlist, "resimpson" <resimpson@w...> wrote: > Dear C, > > So, in other words, whichever house Ketu lives there might be this affect of 'dispersal' , or letting go, on the particular aspects which that house represents? Sorry...I am struggling for words here. I too know it only from personal experience. Since I have been in this sub-period of Ketu, things have just literally dispersed. However, I view this in a positive light in the sense that it is freeing me up to allow better things to come in. > > Thanks for the sharing. > > R > - > VXCMX@a... > gjlist > Tuesday, January 08, 2002 8:21 PM > Re: [GJ] ketu > > > I have Ketu in my first house, lagna Sagittarius. My understanding of Ketu is that it dissolves things. Disperses them and makes them sort of...impossible to hold -- whereas Rahu amasses things and makes you groan under their weight. > > The only experience I have of this is personal. Since Ketu lives in my first house, I have no sense of myself. I am always surrprised when people notice me -- I don't mean this in a self-effacing way, I mean I am surprised by their reaction since I've either forgotten I was in the room or meant what I was doing or saying entirely differently than it was intended. My thoughts are important to me but my appearance is not. My inner monologue is quite a bit more interesting to me than a conversation with others -- and in fact too much every day conversation I resent and feel intruded upon. > > I think those are ketuish things. > > C > > > Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya; Hare Krishna; Om Tat Sat > : gjlist-@e... > > > > Terms of Service.
