But what my mind says is: Like the 5th/ 9th house relate to Past, PoonarJanma Karmas. And as you know life is a cycle. You take rebirth and then the cycle continues. Also, In india in the past and maybe now also some Family astrologers keep the data of the family members when they die. So when a person dies he/she is running under a certian dasa. And when a child is born, if his dasa matches someone who dies from the family or something like that. It is believed to be a Another Birth in the same Family. So the 5th house/9th house can also mean the Lagna of the other person who was an elder from the same family or from the other family. In other words, it means just an Elder. (And probably thats why it is not considered to marry a person with that kind of planetary positions). Also Look at the Wendy's Post about the same. So I think that should make sense.
