Guest guest
Dear Cynthia you <<That may well manifest as military action, but it may also manifst as "Truth" appearing in the nightly news.>> me We do not need to be astrologers to see that a very strong military action will happen very soon. The world sources of news are already polarizing the world with their persuasive news. That is some of the symptoms of Kali yuga. Misinformation, frictions, quarrels, hypocrisy. One day, my guru was asked about the 3rd world war, and he said "let it be". Wars are inevitable as illnesses are. They come due to negative karmic influences accumulated for years. you <<cyn} Could you speak a little more about these people?>> me Sure. I have been there few times between 1970 and 1972. The Mixteco people live in the mountains of Mexico and most of them are self-sufficient, living from their land products. Their capital is called Huautla. Huautla in the 70's had the shape of a Scorpio, which you could be clearly, appreciate at night due to the street lighting. At the point of the tail of that Scorpio was the house of the main bruja, right on top of the village. When Maria Sabina was close to dying of old age, (around 1989) she was carving her stick of death, to help herself walking on the other side. She left of course a successor who i also met and who was living in what it was the left claw of the Scorpio. The sign of the Scorpio is connected to the 8th house of the horoscope, representing death. Although many brujos and brujas live in and around that village, they are all experts in healing with plants, roots, seeds etc. but their main knowledge is on the properties of the sacred mushroom. Some people used to go over there to get intoxicated with mushrooms or other herbs, but the essence of the sacred mushroom is the encounter with death. Death is the next step after this life and preparation for death is a must. Death is the beginning of a new life. Suicide is not recommended because it brings a very bad karma, death have to come in a natural way. At the center of Huautla is the main Christian cathedral, which natives say, it was built up over a pyramid. I was surprised to see and hear that on top of the cathedral, they had speakers broadcasting on Sundays (feast and rest days) the music of the Beatles, which is very much liked by the natives. Below the village of Huautla there is a river with a bridge called "Puente de Fierro" (Iron Bridge" and in that river there are some stones that can be carved after they have been soaked in water, but very hard stones when they are dried. One of the things that impress me a lot is the almost lack of ego among those Indians. Of course, everyone has an ego because ego means an individual, but due to material conditionments, our false ego can grow out of proportions. The false ego does not allow us to be natural. The bigger our false ego, the bigger our "trip" in life, "I am bigger than you". "I am better than you" etc. Our false ego does not allow seeing the truth either. One thing is to have a natural ego, which is beautiful, and another thing is to have a false ego, which is not nice. There was a so-called guru in the 80's that had a big false ego, detected easily by those with a lesser ego. That guru was very envious and in the end he "fell" from grace. One day I was talking to a native of the Tajin pyramid region. Although he was working for the archeologists and digging the place, he told me that they do not have trust on many so called professional people. He told me that although they (the Latin-American Indians) have an oral tradition, which is passed down from father to son, the Mexican government send teachers from the big cities, and they tell their students, "do not hear what your father says, because he is ignorant and has not been in school like you". Nearby Huautla there is one of the deepest caves in the world. The Milky Way was sacred for all the natives of the Americas. Among the Mayas used to be called The Three of Life, and among the Incas in the south, it was known as Mayur, or river in the Aymara language. Archeologists have found symbols of death near the symbol to the Milky way and they speculate that the Milky Way is connected to death. Because they are not astrologers, they do not see that the symbol of death is connected to the sign of Scorpio. The Milky Way crosses between Scorpio and Sagittarius and between Taurus and Gemini. You can see that the Milky Way crosses below Orion. And the Mixteco people are connected to Orion and to the constellation Mrigasira (they are called the Deer people and we have seen that the deer is the symbol for Mrigasira) which has a half side in Taurus and the other half in Gemini. In other words, the Milky Way crosses the constellation of Mrigasira. Opposite to this constellation is the axis of Scorpio and Sagittarius. On 16 February 2002, the mean Rahu is going to cross from Gemini to Taurus at 19:20 GMT and Ketu by being the tail of the dragon, will cross at the same time, from Sagittarius into Scorpio. This peculiar transit happens once every 18.6 years. And we expect many interesting developments from this. Best wishes Natabara Das
