WOULD APRECIATE YOUR HELP

Dear members of gjlist, I am new here and very happy to have found

this list were we all have hindu astrology in common. Of course, we

probably ALL have the love and amazement for jyotish but we ALL have

different amount of knowledge. In my case, I have been very interested

in astrology for aprox. 7 years but I haven't studied it yet.I

discovered hidu astrology much after western astrology and it is

fascinating, as well as many other vedic subjects.

I have many questions in my mind and many things I wish I could

already know but I'll have to take it one step at a time.

I have recently received James Brahas computerized report. My

ascendant is 29:52:32 libra. If I was born only ONE minute latter, my

ascendant would be scorpio and of course, all my planets would be in

different houses. My birth info. is from my birth certificate and my

mothers words, so they are not exact nor have I ever done a

rectification. He explained to me very clearly that in order to know

my exact degree of the ascendant, I must have a rectification by a

specialized astrologer BUT that by logic I should figure out what sign

my ascendant is.

Just in case anybody is willing to help me, my birth info. is:

Braha (whom has been extremely kindful by answering questions by

emailemail but whom I would feel ambaresed to keep asking personal

information) explained that either I have a very good 4th house

(homes, mother, realestate) if scorpio rises OR a great 5th house

(art, children, creativity) if libra rises.Also, either my ascendant

ruler ( the planet representing YOU ) is Mars, which is ruined by

Saturn (hurts confidence) or Venus rules the chart and is with

Jupiter, giving great luck, optimism and ability to be recognized.

These observations are supossed to be easy for me to figure out.

Personaly, it is not easy for me to figure this out. Having very a

very good 4th house, related to homes ( I have lived in relatively

very comfortable, sometimes beutiful homes but they were never my

families property, always rented. I don't own a home, I want to, but

economiclly now, I can't ) mother ( I love my mother very much but

most people do, she is wonderful, very kind, hard working, everybody

likes her ) realestate ( I don't have any conection to it, maybe

someday , its great to buy homes, they always go up in price,

everybody knows that). A very good 5th house, related to art ( I drew

when younger for some time, not anymore. I love beutiful paintings,

music, food, most people do. I work as a fashion model (on and off)

and maybe will try acting one day, being in movies is great for most

people) children ( I have a son but becouse of my relationship with

the mother I'm fighting in court to see him, he is very young and of

course is beautiful and I want to have more children) creativity( I

consider myself creative, higher than average) . All these categories

ore ways of finding which one is my case, I find not clear for me.

When he mentions the Mars ruined by Saturn (hurts confidence) I also

can't see it easy to recogize. I consider myself very confident but

how do you know if your confidence is hurt? If venus rules my chart

and it is with Jupiter I have great luck ( that is so relative but

yes, can't complain at all even though I have also had some very hard

situations and still do but that all depends on how you look at it)and

ability to be recognized ( in what level, city, province, country,

town?? triky aswell, recognized at work for your job??? ).

I hope that I am not being boring with my explanations, I am trying to

explain my point of veiw. I am sure that with a good reading, telling

me concret information of things that have happened in my past, I will

be able to figure out which chart is mine.

Some other questions I have are:

What is more important in a chart, the moon (house, sign,...)or the

ruler ( I understand that has to do with the ascendant )

What is the langa?

What are the 18 charts representing? ( Navamsa, Moon,Hora,

Chaturvimsamsa...) I know they each represent spouse, wealth,

knowledge... but isn't that in the regular natal chart? Do each of

this other charts tell you how you will do in this specific areas of

life?

What is the Krishnamurti chart?

In Vedic astrology, are the things one is good at ( for

example,having the capability for being a good astrologer ) match the

path in life that one should take to feel "at home" or to grow or were

one will have most gratification?

Como estas? Hablo espanol muy poco. Pero, quiero

aprender.

Based on the data you gave, your ascendant is Libra

with the same degrees you indicated (I'm using the

Junior Jyotish program). You need to look at your

navamsa chart to verify the indications in the rashi

chart since your ascendant is very near the end of

Libra.

Your chart indicates that you will do well (in terms

of money and friends) in a foreign land since the Sun

is exalted in the 7th house. This also shows that you

may marry a distinguished woman who is not from your

country.

The conjunction of Mars and Saturn is not considered

good in jyotish. Since it is located in the 9th

house,this conjunction is not good for your father.

He may have problems with his health. This is

confirmed by the location of the Sun in the Rahu-Ketu

axis. Also, this conjunction may have contributed to

an injury in your right thigh or right arm.

You do have an artistic and creative mind, since the

Moon is in conjunction with benefic planets, viz.

Venus and Jupiter, located in the 5th house. It is

possible for you to have another son who will be

special.

This coming July should be good for your career, since

Jupiter is transiting your 10th house in Cancer and

will be exalted there. Jupiter will be in Cancer for

one year.

Based on these indications and what you stated in your

email, I believe the Libra ascendant fits you rather

well.

Dear Xavier,

It seems you are scorpio rising ascendant as planet malefic Mars(lord of 6th

house of diff. of opinion & conflicts) is causing evil influence on benefic

Saturn (lord of 4th house of domestic peace & assets) in the house of

marital tie.(8th house). This combination is responsible for diff. of

opinion, litigations, conflicts etc.
