Guest guest
Dear list-members: I've prepared a tabulation of the compatibilities between Nakshatras using GJ software. I've always been curious as to what the very "best" and "worst" values could be, in addition to being able to compare all the possible values together - but since I wasn't able to find a tabulation I created my own. The values are all out of the maximum 36. Surprisingly, the "maximum" is not attainable by any combination. It's quite interesting to see the best combinations - all giving a value of 34/36, these being: Male Female Uttarabhadrapada Uttaraphalguni (Leo) Hasta Swati Chitra Visakha (Libra) The absolute worst combination (value of 1/36) is between Male Shravan and Female Visakha (Scorpionic). Most of you probably knew that already, but being a newcomer to the Vedic astrology scene, I wasn't aware of it. Many of the Nakshatra abbreviations I've used are self-explanatory. The "a" and "p" which precede some of them indicate which sign the portion of the Nakshatra lies is - "anterior" or "posterior". For instance, aKri = anterior Krittika, lies in Aries pKri = posterior Krittika, lies in Taurus. The attachment is in MS Word '97 format.
