Guest guest
Dear Debra Thank you very much for your feed back. Regarding the visit of 1.2 million people to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, on the past 21 March 2002, all wearing white cloths and red ribbons, there is more similar stories. I have heard that there are other places in Mexico attracting pilgrims. It is interesting to know how people of other countries think. One of those places is Chichenitza in Yucatan, the last time i heard of a meeting was 40,000 people in the 80's. I will try to get more info from the local Mexican newspapers. Unfortunately, the "normal" media does not give us those important news. It will be interesting to hear as well of planetary ceremonies (yaguias) going on mainly in India. In 1976, i went to a place called Xochicalco, South of Mexico City and passing Cuernavaca. This place has a cave under the main pyramid, but people are only allowed to visit the cave which connects to the outside with a hole about 5 metres deep and about 60 cm in diameter. Under that hole there is a cave about 3 metres high and 4 metres of diameter. The light coming from above makes a "bluish" atmosphere in that cave and it is difficult to distinguish people in the passage outside. Twice a year when the Sun crosses above the exact meridian of that pyramid, many people wearing white cloths go there for " a cosmic initiation", when the cave is completely illuminated by the Sun. Outside, in one of the walls of the main pyramid their is a logo sculpted in stone, celebrating the conclusion of astronomers-astrologers meeting in Central America around the 4th century AD. The logo indicates like a hand joining earth with the Moon. Because ancient cultures were following the precession of the equinoxes, it is interesting to study the connection between them and Vedic astrology.
