Guest guest
I have come across many similar cases. From the Vedic point of view. All that is a karma. However, what is karma? In the beginning when i did start the spiritual path many years ago, my immaturity, prejudices, ignorance, materialistic culture and misinformation, did deviate my attention of the true value of karma. At that time more or less, i thought that karma was an equal reaction. Tooth by tooth, eye for eye. In other words, we lose an eye because we took an eye in this or in a previous life. But, when my concoctions started to be less, i could see that that is not the case. Karma is very complicated. Sometimes, we lose an eye because in reality although we should lose our head somehow, our good actions do minimize our full karmic payments. In other cases, we may lose an eye (if you know what i mean) because of an indirect mistake. We could not help it, but somehow we were implicated in that karma. Some other times, we volunteer to pay for someone else's karma. In the Srimad Bhagavatam we read how the earth, water, air and women volunteer all to help pay Indras's karma. Indra murdered a priest and his karma was big. We can read as well how a prince volunteer to become old to give the chance to his father to avoid some karma. In other cases, we may seem to pay an excessive karma, therefore, we should get good spiritual lawyers to help us out. One day a guy was destined to die in a horrible way. He did ask about why because he was a nice guy and therefore eligible to have a better destiny. He was told that when he was very young, one day he pierced an insect, therefore his bad karma. This guy complained and said that it was not fair because when he did that mistake he was very young and therefore he did not know what he was doing. However, he was told that karma is karma. This last example take us to the explanation that due to our past intentions, we do get a suitable body, that has some propensities which are difficult to control. We can see that an scorpio cannot control his nasty nature, and therefore, the scorpio will sting. Of course, we may have the cards to claim for some karmic payment from some victims, but we should try not to exploit that advantage, because in the end we will do some negative karma. Sometimes we fall under the influence of a bad person and do pay karma and including interests on it. It is only when we have paid that karma, that we will be let go free. That is when the spell finishes. Even what we call love can be an spell and we fall for it, to pay for some unseen karma. But like i have said, we really do not know how karma works, and therefore i cannot say that you have suffered a karma because you did exactly that karma. It does not work like that. Of course, many times when the spouse leaves his/her partner, there is an emotional pain of separation in both sides, but more pain in one side than in the other. In that case it is fair to see or say that in a previous life, the victim in the present, left the spouse in a previous life, and therefore in this life, the person is just simple helping the spouse to learn how it feels when in separation and how to cope with it. Those are some of the emotional pains to be learn. ****** It is natural to be afraid, and more natural after have been in a distasteful condition. We are likely to be frightened, worried andunsure of the future. That is why we consult astrologers, to investigate our future trends. However, i have to say that all those "natural" things are really unnatural to the pure soul. In a pure form, the soul is confident that the love of our father/mother (God) is around us, protecting us from all bad things, and therefore everything is going to be fine. However, due to the interaction with the material energy, the soul becomes contaminated and identifies with the environment. At that point, the soul starts a chain of reincarnations by suffering reactions to his/her actions. Fear, worries and insecurities are due to the contamination from the material energy. There are symptoms of that contamination. They will be minimised in proportion to how that contamination goes down in strength. It is similar to having a backlog of bills to pay. At one point we may become full of debts as high up as our chin. And please do not make waves says a mexican joke. It is only when we have paid all our debts that we feel free from debts and ready to get into debts again or becoming more cautious in the future. We have free choice, free will, but debts are there waiting for us. Karma is similar. As long as we have some karma to pay, we will touring this material universe. Sometimes high and sometimes low, sometimes as a king, of high, middle or low rank; and sometimes as a worm, of high, middle or low rank. However, the Vedas say that Mother Nature has giving us the gift of a human body, for us (each soul) to have the opportunity to finish once and for all with this cycle of reincarnations and go back to Godhead. The human reincarnation is from where we have more opportunities to get out of this like jail. Therefore we should not waste our human form in trying to exploit our environment. We have done so in many previous lives, and therefore we still are here, enjoying and suffering. Do not fall in the trap, if you do so, pay quickly. If you fall down get up. Just aim to that higher place from where you do not have to come back to this material place. That final place is your final destiny, do not delay your journey, but be cautious and do not make more mistakes. Once that we have paid most of our karma, we will be given the tools and help to not make more karma. One of the best process to get out of here is to serve God.
