Guest guest
Dear Punditmadkan you <<If you know about any living master, please write back to me.>> me I have some friends of mine that are good gurus or living masters, but i do prefer not to get involved in the karma of guiding anybody to them. I too could guide you to some of my first teachers if you would like to travel to the mountains of the Mazatec Indians in Mexico, but better for me not to get involved in that task of guiding anybody to any guru. As a Mexican, i was educated to eat raw chiles and a lot of chillies as well, but i prefer not to encourage anyone to eat chiles, it is their taste that will help them to chose their own food. I think that the search for a living master is a personal and intimate business. My only advise for you is to search and search until you can see that you are getting the answers to your inner questions. In 1970, after some spiritual experiences, i chose some personal keys, and i told myself "Anyone answering those keys to me, are worth to be my masters". Nobody, not even my own shadow knew those "keys". In the years after, some so-called "living masters" came and went but none of them did have those keys to my quest. However, little by little, some real living masters had those keys and opened my heart. I could see that somehow i was connected to them and that they were going to really guide me in my spiritual quest. By following that technique, now i look back and think "How did they know those keys?. They did amaze me. I was not searching for magical tricks, i was searching for inner truths that can lead me to my final objective, God. you << Books knowledge is limited.>> me You are right, we cannot limit the truth that is without limits. you << I am having a keen desire to meet a master, >> me The Vedas say that "it is by the grace of God that we find a master, and it is by the grace of the master that we find God." In this materialistic education, we have been "educated" to think that we are the masters and the controllers of our own life. However, because this education is imperfect, it is producing an imperfect society. The essence of life is missing, we do not learn about the soul or even about the psychic energies, we just learn about gross materialistic sciences. When i did ask about careers before starting my university studies, i was told that the career of engineer required a lot of maths but less about aesthetic (the dictionary gives the next definitions: relating to the appreciation of beauty, related to art), but the career of architecture requires a bit of maths and a lot of aesthetic. Because I was more attracted to aesthetic, I did go for the career of architecture. However, one of my teachers told me that the Greek Plinio did write some astrological things that modern astrologers do not know. I did want to learn those astrological secrets in my architecture studies but I could not find them. I can see that this society has good methods of education, but unfortunately, because modern education disregard “subtle” knowledge, it “kills” a certain subtle awareness, making “professionals” ignorant of subtle realities. Therefore, because of the lack of this subtle knowledge, many professionals disregard a psychic world and its manifestations as a mere superstition. That is why, although the medical science has advanced a lot in the last 100 years, in regard to mental illnesses, not much is known, because the mental platform is more subtle than the gross body, and subtle energies, has been discriminated in a general way. Higher than the mental energies, we have the psychic energies, which some people claim to be “spiritual” energies, although in reality they are still within the material universe. Therefore we have a gross manifestation (including the subtle energies like the mind (Moon), Intellect (Mercury), and the false ego (Sun)) and the spiritual manifestation, but between both, we have a psychic manifestation. To deal with the psychic world, we need to polish our intuition. And it is intuition, which is required to be an astrologer. The higher or more pure our intuition is, the less we are likely to be cheated by gurus or spiritual guides. When our intention is sincere, we will be given the opportunity to find those teachers that can guide us according to our level of advancement. you <<I also think it's a fake desire of my mind.>> me Although the mind is likely to produce imaginative desires, the desire to find a living master is never a fake, but because of our previous karmas, we are likely to be cheated in our belief system. Therefore, lets pray that we are going to find a real guide that is going to help us to reach our supreme destination.
