I received a gift in GJLIST

This email contains some virus , it interfere with the trend pc to work. If any

one can inform me the name of this virus and how to remove it.

Yes, you are right. My virus program did flag that mail as containing a virus.

In fact my virus program has been flagging mails from this mail group on an

almost daily basis. The only protection is to get a good virus program and

update the data files weekly. It is the W32.Klez.gen@mm worm that has been

floating around on this list. Probably the best thing to do is check a virus

site on the web on how to remove it like www.symantec (Norton anti-virus) or

www.mcafee.com. (mcafee anti virus) for info on viruses and removal. I just

found this link on Symantec for info on how to remove Klez:

Good luck and please , I implore everyone to check their computers for viruses.

Dear Karen, Cynthia and Carrol,

Thanks for your support, The Karen's finding was correct , actually i smell

virus in the said email, but my hands clicked the mouse to open the attachment.

I switched off the Computer immediately but virus managed to enter in system .

I don't think that any member of our community is doing it willingly.
