Guest guest
Dear Denise <<I get the digest, so i didn't see it until just now. So happy birthday a day late, Natabara!>> Many thanks. Perhaps it is not late, because the birthday occurs when the solar return happens. This means that the solar return sometimes happens either one day before or after the "official" Christian birthday. Although i have not yet done the calculations for my present yearly return, i will do so as soon as i get the time and energies. I did start to calculate my returns since 1974 whith the help of Volguine, a French western astrologer that has a book on solar returns. Later on i came across Raman's book on the Vedic solar returns. In all both books did help me to write the files one day long ago, describing the meaning of the rising sign at birth, according to the solar return, the planets in the houses and the general indications given by the lord of the houses in houses. The result was very interesting but in time my programe broke down and now i only have the files left. When i compile those files by hand to do a solar chart, i do take some 60 minutes, but i want later on to put all this in a practical programe that saves time. Perhasps Visual Basic programming will help. I have to see. I do remember having tested those files with my solar returns calculated from 1970 to 1992 and the trends were very interesting to read. I did take notes in a systematic way. Year by year i did write which signs were rising and also took note of the planetary pattern. Now with the GJ programe i can calculate my solar charts very quick. But i have now to use my yearly files and see the trends for this year. I will report later about my findings. Best wishes Natabara das
