Dear Vivek and all listmembers, the answer to both questions is YES. Please everyone, be very careful and do not open suspicious email attachments, even when sent by a known list member--write and ask, "Did you send this? What is it?" before opening it--unless you have up to date anti-virus software. Best to all, Carol

Guest guest
Dear Inder Jit and Vivek and everyone, My home computer sent a virus to a friend yesterday, despite the fact that I have anti-virus software installed, and I'd sent only an email without any attachments. I scanned my computer after the friend said my email had a virus. No virus! So then I thought, how can it happen? I then downloaded a 30-day free trial of anti-hacker software from McAfee, that's called a Firewall. Hope this time it works! Love to all, Carol
