Guest guest
Dear Das, I'm still very facinated with my discoveries in astrolgy and also, filled with enthusiasm to read books and articles on this subject. I haven't left any of your writings available throught the NET behind, as I believe they are excellent sources of knowledge. As stated in your lessons at www.goravani.com: "the material world comes about out of a need to train new souls. The reason for the separation and negative experiences here is that our ultimate submission to the Supreme must feel to us like our own decision. Therefore, we have the God-given and God-designed perception of free will here. We feel like we have free will. But freedom to will does not make us controllers. It is quite obvious that we are not the real controllers of our lives." And "considering the subject of Free Will verse Destiny" your conclusion is "acintya bed abeda tattva, that everything is inconceivably simultaneously one with yet different from divinity." Also, Vedic Lesson #6 concludes: "free will is a planned, cognitive part of our controlled lives. Part of the absolute control is that we are forced to face our lesson plan as if it's our own, even though it is also obviously fully planned and cast upon us by divine will or destiny. Again, <acintya bed abeda tattva>." Yet, many questions still chase my mind: Does divine mercy exist? Can God cast His gesture of mercy onto a soul in astray, and thus, avoid lessons, which the law of Karma has designated to that particular being? (Just like a father paying the bail, and thus, avoiding his son to spend days/months in jail). In other words, is the infallible law of Karma absolute? According to expressions and literatures issued by Vaisnava followers of the Sri Chaitanya branch, we hear or read things like "causeless mercy" or "free from Karma". Is there a specific conjunction / influence in horoscope charts that can indicate such phenomena possibly conceivable among practitioners of Vaishnavism? Thanks, Rama Raghava das
