A year and a half ago, she left me on her own and despite my many attempts to bring a peaceful and amicable resolution she did not respond. I have tried and am still trying various astrological remedies (pariharas). There were several instances of cruelty that I suffered with her, of which I have proof of some of them. As a last resort, I have filed for divorce under grounds of mental cruelty. She is dragging her feet still and the court is taking its own sweet time with hearings - typical Indian legal quagmire! Please shed light on my questions: 1. When will I get a divorce? 2. Ideally, I want no future encumbrances (financial or otherwise) since I suffered already with her. Is this possible as per my chart and current transit/placements? 3. Is second marriage possible and if so, will it last till "death do us part"? My rasi natal chart details are given below: Ascendant Scorpio (1st house) - Mercury, Venus and Jupiter 2nd House: None 3rd House: Rahu 4th House: Mars 7th House: Saturn 9th House: Ketu 10th House (Leo): Moon 12th House: Sun The houses not mentioned have no planets in them.
