SJVC Site - Hacked?

Yes, you are certainly right. Unfortunately due to effect of Kali Yuga you will

often see is history that righteous and honest persons for no reason were

tortured and harassed by envious ones. In Kali Yuga it is enough to say that

someone is bad without providing any facts or evidence and than person actually

has to prove that he is not guilty, just like in my case. I guess the person

should be considered innocent until proven that he is guilty but I guess in

Kali Yuga things are quickly changing.

Robert is definitely under a full sway of Kali Yuga and he as already broken

vows given to his first Guru Srila Prabhupada. Now he is not following the vows

given to Srila Prabhupada and is also charging his students for teaching

Jyotish. How can you call a gentleman a person who is breaking his word and not

only word but a sacred vows given to his diksa guru in front of Deities, holy

fire and other Vaishnavas?. Of course if you mention this to Robert he'll

become so mad and angry at you and he'll not spare any bad words to describe

his feelings towards you like you can see from his previous emails about me.

 

I just got a message from a person who wanted to become Robert's student and he

says that Robert wanted to charge him for every little thing and on top of that

he was demanding a respect because as he said "he is a Brahmin and was initiated

by Srila Prabhupada". Not only that he doesn't follow any brahminical

principles, but he is also charging students to teach them Jyotish which is

exactly opposite what he claims to be ( a Vedic Brahmin). He openly admitted to

his friends that he is not following vows given to Srila Prabhupada and yet he

is demanding respect for that (you can also see his web site

http://robertkoch.com/robert.html where he claims to be a student of

Bhaktivedanta Swami (Srila Prabhupada)).

Why doesn't Robret defend >himself if he is righteous and Dinanath is lying?

 

This ongoing saga has started a while back on Achyuta mailing list on

which is reserved for SJVC Gurus. However in his madness Robert

couldn't content himself to only Achyuta mailing list and have a normal and

meaningful discussion there so he started sending indiscriminately his false

accusations against me to all mailing lists connected to SJVC. Since he has

done that I deserve at least to defend myself and present a facts. Those who

use their common sense and intelligence and are unbiased will be able to see

easily who is right and who is wrong.

 

The facts are very simple:

 

1. SJVC-USA has been formed on explicit order/desire of Sanjay Rath and most of

the work in registering SJVC-USA as an religious non-profit organization was

done by Kusa devi. SJVC-USA is registered in state of New Jersey with the

office address at: 1504 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077

2.When the organization was incorporated a web site www.sjvcusa.org has also

been started meant to propagate activities of SJVC-USA registered in NJ with

the office address at: 1504 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077

 

3. As I mentioned in my previous message recently Sanjay did request us that

instead of existing trustees/directors of SJVC-USA we put Robert, Brendan and

Laxmi. In my previous message you could see legal reasons why it wasn't

advisable and possible to do that and Sanjay has also agreed with that and

suggested to Robert, Brendan and Laxmi to start separate organization from

already existing SJVC-USA which is registered in state of New Jersey with the

office address at: 1504 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077

 

Now I don't understand why Robert wants to use SJVC-USA's web site for his own

organization? He could simply pay for and start the web site of his own

organization and display organizational structure of his organization or

whatever he wants on the web site of his organisation. Sanjay told him to start

separate organization from existing SJVC-USA so I don't know why is he picking

on me and is accusing me that I hacked www.sjvcusa.org when I updated

SJVC-USA's site with valid legal information of the SJVC-USA organization to

which www.sjvcusa.org site belongs? I also don't understand why he insist on

using name SJVC-USA when Sanjay told him to start separate organization? He can

call his organization whatever he wants. Maybe the part of the problem is that

his organization is not registered yet and they don't have name for it. In that

case I would advise Robert to please get a name for his organization different

than SJVC-USA which is already registered and than there is no problem.

 

At the end I would beg Robert to please let us run SJVC-USA in peace without

disturbances that he is making. Robert, you have got Sanjay's blessings to

start your own organization so please do that. We never interfered with

activities of your organization so please don't interfere with ours, simple as

that.

 

I would like to apologies to all group members because of all this, but I guess

the other side of the story should also be heard, especially after all these

accusations. Unfortunately none could predict that Robert will behave like this

and go out of control, so I beg all of you again for forgiveness and for

inconvenience caused. The matter is very simple with a simple solution. I hope

that Robert will come to his senses and just live peacefully and let others

also live peacefully.
