Renee,

My parellel was about firing incompetent people. USe of the word

lay-off was a mistake on my part.

Talking of ethics,

The main issue here is Dinanatha hi-jacking SJVC-usa which belong to

Sanjay. It has caused so much headache and trouble for all students

of sjvc who used to use the website for buying books, reading

articles, etc. What Dinanatha has done is open deception and hi-

jacking though legally he can claim himself as the head of sjvc-usa.

Whatever good karma Mr. Dinanatha has done so far, he erased all that

with his acts on sjvc-usa. I have nothing against him. I dont even

know him. I am saying this because what he did/doing is obviously

unethical and immoral and it hurts students of sjvc like myself.

Reg Pt. Sanjay discussing Dinanatha's chart, it is not uncommon in

India where jyotish is taught in a traditional guru-shishya manner.

My friend who learned that way in person from a guru told me his guru

will take one of the students chart and discuss - both good and bad

aspects of it will all the students. It is an accepted practise and

Sanjay is running sjvc in that traditional indian culture. It may be

unethical here. However I dont understand why Sanjay did that on this

list. If he wanted to do that, he should have done it on a

restricted, members only sjvc list like varahamihira.

But as I said, that is not the issue at hand. Let us not deviate from

the main issue which is Dinanatha hi-jacking sjvcusa.org using his

legal status given to him by the SJVC founder - Sanjay.

Peace,

-Siva.

Renee,

My parellel was about firing incompetent people. USe of the word

lay-off was a mistake on my part.

[me]

Glad you clarified it then.

[you]

Talking of ethics,

The main issue here is Dinanatha hi-jacking SJVC-usa which belong to

Sanjay.

[me]

Read the post on non profit organizations and legalities. Sounds logical to me.

[you]

Whatever good karma Mr. Dinanatha has done so far, he erased all that

with his acts on sjvc-usa. I have nothing against him.

[me]

But you are making judgement calls on him. This should be discussed elsewhere.

No man should be crucified publically.

[you]

I dont even

know him. I am saying this because what he did/doing is obviously

unethical and immoral and it hurts students of sjvc like myself.

[me]

In my long life and in the gov't work in which I live and breathe....there is

that saying where there's smoke there's fire OR "methinks thou doth protest too

much" meaning that I reserve judgement until the fat lady sings. I trust very

few and those who pat themselves on the back as having the best interests of

everyone concerned (like politicians do) really don't impress me. It gets OLD.

That's why we American's sometimes go for the underdog because the overlords can

seem very pompous at times.

We've heard it all before. Same crap...different lifetime:o)

[you]

Reg Pt. Sanjay discussing Dinanatha's chart, it is not uncommon in

India where jyotish is taught in a traditional guru-shishya manner.

{me]

Glad I don't live in India...LOL

[you]

My friend who learned that way in person from a guru told me his guru

will take one of the students chart and discuss - both good and bad

aspects of it will all the students. It is an accepted practise and

Sanjay is running sjvc in that traditional indian culture.

[me]

But still......then let it be done in the privacy of what...group study amongst

peers and not out in front of strangers. It's akin to what we call 'airing your

dirty laundry' which is not kosher amongst some of us.

[you]

It may be

unethical here. However I dont understand why Sanjay did that on this

list. If he wanted to do that, he should have done it on a

restricted, members only sjvc list like varahamihira.

[me]

BINGO! Hence you need to ask more questions, dig a little deeper, be the

detective until you get answers.

Not answers everyone else wants you to believe.

[you]

But as I said, that is not the issue at hand. Let us not deviate from

the main issue which is Dinanatha hi-jacking sjvcusa.org using his

legal status given to him by the SJVC founder - Sanjay.

[me]

That may be your main issue but it's not THE only issue as it is ALL under the

same hat so I disagree...sowwy.

Peace,

-Siva.
