In the Russian Chart Ketu is casting a 98 % aspect to Most malefic Planet Mars which is in turn in transit is being transit afflicted by aspect from Natal Rahu . Rahu is cating an 83 per cent aspect on itself as is Ketu Note that Ketu is the PD Lord and Mars the MD . I think this is highly significant in terms of the discussion on nodal aspects .
