Guest guest
Dear Cynthia, I am not saying that Elarata Saturn does not have a positive aspect. It has. The Second Elarata Saturn is known as Pongum Sani or Rising Saturn. An example was the rise of the former Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi when his mother was assassinated. It meant immense sorrow and rise in status. Regarding the theory that Saturn does not trouble anybody who is in alignment with Spirit, I beg to differ. The study of the lives of the Great Ones - Aurobindo, Jesus, Socrates etc show they suffered maximum despite being in alignment with Spirit. Life is Sorrow, Life is difficult, Life is Suffering, Life is Misery - declared Buddha. The Existential Force - Sorrow - is highlghted by Saturn ( Dukham Dinesatmaja ). He represents the Sorrow of the Cosmic Man, the sorrow inherent in the act of Manifestation. The client must be told about the negative aspect of Sade Sati. Also the positive aspect. Positive stress can also be a byproduct of Sade Sathi. As also negative stress. Experientially, my first Sade Sathi was intensely malefic. Now I am on my second Sade Sati. Tension has already started. We are confronted with 2 principles. "Speak the Truth " ( Satyam Bhrooyath ) & "Be diplomatic" ( Na bhrooyath Satyam Apriyel ) Being diplomatic is good; but dearer still is Truth !
