Not sure if it works there - I am using Outlook Express, and it works ok there.

Ok, for those of us with lower functional machines (Winders, not Linux), the

degree sign can be either

an alternate font (Windings, for example) or can be used by superscripting the

letter "o", lower case.

TM is (the ending space is necessary) in Word with AutoFormat (Format |

Autoformat) as well

as many of the other special symbols/
