Hello everyone,

Yogi Karve will be in the Washington DC metro area, from Jan 9th to Jan

14th, 2003.

For those of you who don't know about him, SG Karve (Yogi Karve), is a

phenomenon in the field of astrology and spirituality. He has a gift of

being able to intuitively identify, by using his inner vision, the time and

date of birth of any person, without recourse or reference to any tool of

science. Moreover, he is able to also identify major events, both past and

future, in the life of that individual.

Yogi Karve's gift, is ascribed to the revelation he obtained from the

Vishwadarshanadevata, a form of Lord Krishna. Through this gift, Yogi Karve

provides spiritual and general guidance to needy people, helping them to

deal with their problems.

Yogi Karve is an epitome of gentleness, kindness, generosity and

sensitivity. He is a householder, with a wife, children and grandchildren

and lives in extremely modest accommodations in a suburb of Bombay, India.

He leads a very simple, austere life, devoted to visiting temples, shrines

and meeting saintly people. He is almost on a permanent pilgrimage,

traveling ceaselessly all over India. His detachment from worldly pursuits

is extra-ordinary.

Yogi Karve is of a very secular outlook, not discriminating between paths to

the divine offered by the several existing faiths and religions. To him, all

such paths lead to the same goal of enlightenment.

If you would like to see Yogi Karve during his stay in the DC area, please

contact Charles at

crsaba, or (703) 709-0803.

In Divine Friendship,

Charles

Dear Charles et al

I will not be able to meet with Yogi Karve and am very intrigued by the

statements about his abilities. Would you or anyone else share your

experience? How had it impacted your life or that of someone you know?

I would love to have a sense of the experience, if only vicariously. DO you

ask him questions or does he simply share with you?

Thank you

cynthia

Dear Cynthia,

I will be happy to share my experience with Shri Karve while he was in

Southern California.

I had the good fortune of spending more then my fair share of time with him

due to a re-scheduling situations (personally it was Divine Intervention I

think!)

I arrived early and was asked to come in within a few minutes. He is a

small, thin man who greets you immediately with some offerings to various

Gods he carries with him and finishes with an offering of lemonade. He

immediately explained to me that all this was possible through the blessings

of God VishveDarshan and taught me how to say the prayer to him properly.

VishweDarshan tranlated means Vision of the Universe.

He carried on a conversation punctuated by pauses when he was either

meditating with his eyes closed. Throughout the session he asked me to

confirm what was coming to him thorugh Divine inspiration. I had the

horscopes of my family with me but he never asked for them.

He started with my ascendant and began to place the planets one by one in

various houses. Then he gave his son a number (more later on that). Then he

proceeded to identify the year, month, day, and time. When he finished with

the exact time he asked his son to perform the math, which he later

explained was based on a system called Dhruvank - about which I know

nothing! When his son finishes the computations he shows me that the number

he had given his son in the beginning matches exactly the calculated number.

He explained to me that the first number he gets through the Graces of God

VishweDarshan. By the way he not only drew my horoscope perfectly but he

informed me that my time was off by a little more than six minutes. He

explained to me that is the amount of time spent by the mid-wife in

attending to my mother who was in pain, hence the discrepancy.

Then he did the charts of my daughter and son (who were not present) in the

same manner and adjusted my daughter's time by over a minute and son's time

by five minutes. He also discussed several life events and gave me forecasts

and when they are likely to happen.

He somehow knew what questions I had on my mind. He "controls" the

discussion and steered me excatly where I wanted him to go next.

Perhaps the readers might want to know who this author is. I am very well

educated man with a degree in science and two MBAs with the last one with

straight A's. I have held very senior level positions with Fortune 50

companies in IT organizations so I am not easily deceived!

I came way in absolute awe of the man. I felt like I came as close to making

a Divine connection as I could in this lifetime through this mild,

unassuming man. Indeed, I felt extremely fortunate for this slice of time

the Divine Mother arranged for me that day! It was a very uplifting and

humbling experience because his humility, frailty, and vulnerability

completely disarms your ego!

I hope this gives you what you are looking for. If I can answer any

questions I will be glad to do so.

May the blessings of God VishweDarshan be on all of us.

Regards

Prakash Desai

Ps: The prayer for asking the blessings of God VishweDarshan is as follows:

Om Shri VishweDarshan Devtayayee Namah. As he explained to me this prayer is

for everyone and for all religions. He has some very srict guidelines (puja

rites, dietary restrictions, etc.) that one needs to follow for emancipation

(Moksha) through the blessings of God VishweDarshan.

Hello Cynthia,

Its hard to describe him just in words. Its sounds to good to be true.

Yogi Karve has to be experienced in person, to appreciate fully

what he is. Yet his abilities occur so naturally, that it baffles the mind.

If we read the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna was able to behold the cosmic

form of the Lord. This is called Vishwarupa, and in this state, anything can

be

'seen' in the manifested universe. Needless to say, Yogi Karve also, has

attained

this state. From what he says, anyone can attain it also, through the Vishwa

mantra.

When I first met him, my brother and I had our specific questions we wanted

to ask

him, and before we even had a chance to say hello; he answered all our

questions...

I was numb for about 10 minutes... He knows what you will ask, before you

ask it.

We generally ask him questions about material conditions, but he is a

reservoir of

spiritual knowledge, to the extent that, all else seems like kindergarden

material.

At the same time, he is ego-less, kind, compassionate, and sensitive to

others; and

makes you feel very comfortable.

He is aware of where you are, spiritually speaking, and gives you that extra

push

in the direction that represents your next step in your unfoldment.

I hope this helped.

For the sake of science and total clarity, think clearly, how true is this?

Did you really have questions, which he appeared to know without you

telling?

I hope so. It proves very interesting truths.

Thanks, I'd like to hear your answer as clear as is reasonable for you to

give it.

Hello Das,

It is ABSOLUTELY true.

But, it just hasn't happen to me, its happen to many others.

It's one of those things that has to happen to you in persona

to have a total conviction. And even then, it happens so natural,

that you can't believe that it did. Gradually, as you see it happen

again and again, everytime you see him, you have to accept the

reality of the experience.

Not only did he tell us the specific questions we had in our minds,

but without me asking he addressed private matters that were

hurting me deeply, and told me how they needed to be addressed,

with the tenderness of a caring father.

He knows not only what your thoughts are, but your feelings as well.

He is so magnanimous, he even asks you to test him and ask things.

And I have !, I ask him questions that only I know, and he answers

correctly everytime. If you ask about jyotish, his answers are clear,

exacting, simple, but profound.

There is a story of which I was witness, that's very interesting.

I have this persons permission to relate it as testimony, so here goes:

This gentleman's son passed away from a terminal illness and was totally

devastated. In my desire to help, I suggested he see Yogi Karve, who

happenned to be in town. I assured him, if anybody can provide

accurate reasons why this had to happen, Karveji would.

When we arrived there, before even saying hello, yogi karve embraced him

with a hug. The gentleman went down in tears. The next thing I know, Yogi

Karve

is telling him that his son is fine where he is, and that he will be born to

his sister.

The gentleman told Yogi Karve that his sister is not expecting, and he said

that

she will. He provided details about when the child would be born.

He was grateful for Karveji's comfort, but totally dismissed everthing else.

This man moved to another state, and about 1 year later, he called me and

said

that his sister gave birth to a son, born exactly when Karveji had said.

If that is not awesome, I don't know what is ?!

I hope this sheds some light...

Charles

Dear Charles

Yes, you have answered my question. It sounds as if the experience of being

in his presence, and having him direct his attention to you is as powerful,

if not more so, than the message itself.

Thank you so much!

If you would be so kind, could you share how this made an impact upon your

life?

I'm fascinated by the type of life force that triggers such profound

experience.

Hello Jesica,

He was in the San Francisco area not too long ago.

I'm not sure if he will head out there again in this trip, probably

not. If he is I'll keep you posted.

Best Regards,

Charles

Hello Cynthia,

When you meet Karveji, so many things begin to percolate through the

mind, avalanche-like. You realize reality has other dimensions, that

one has either ignored or not givin the proper credit or perspective.

There is so much to say, but to keep it short, the greatest impact he

has had on my life has been, the unshakable conviction of God's love

for us all. That we are not alone in all our life's endeavors, and

that is more important to be kind, than to be right.

Hello all,

I have heard of Yogi Karve before and have been and continue to be

amazed by what people say about him (I have never met him myself).

Could someone please supply (to the benefit of all in this group):

a) His birth time, and if some Guru could analyze his chart also,

that would be great.

b) His travel schedule in the US. Being such an amazing person I am

sure his travel schedule is published well ahead of time.

Thank you,

Sundeep
