I can't find that email in my files. I even remember it as 5:31pm...am I correct or did I dream it? thank you cynthia Dear Cynthia, Please look at K N Rao's website: Journal of Astrology and click on the Archive article called USA -- the declining years. You will see in this article a birth chart for USA giving 4 July 1776 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at 10:21:30 AM .....the time of USA birth above is attributed by K N Rao to this amazing man, Yogi Karve. Guest guest Posted January 6, 2003 Report Share Posted January 6, 2003 Interestingly to me, using 10:21:30 AM Local Mean Time with standard Philadelphia coordinates from the ACS Atlas and with Lahiri ayanamsa (which is the ayanamsa K. N. Rao uses elsewhere on his website) gives lagna in the first degree of Kanya instead of in Simha, which Mr. Rao shows in the article.
