Moon Jupiter conjunction is found in 3rd house (mild dusthana). Jupiter has some stigma as it's MT sign is 6th Lord and the conjunction is also closely aspected by Rahu . On the other hand the conjunction is boosted by the exchange of the 1st and 3rd Lords . I don't think the Yoga is broken completely . GWB has 2nd Lord in 12th the Lord of wealth in the house of losses .Don't know how much a leader's chart reflects the nation . There is a danger following his current policies of "imperial overreach " , the central government is running up huge debts as well as the state governments , households, businesses and burgeoning trade deficits .
