Yep, it is a little smaller, but packs more payload (the 747 has a

different fueling / cargo ratio)

 

Here are the stats on both.

 

747-400 Wingspan 64.4M vs 56M for B52H

 

BTW, the B52H Stratofortress (or Buff as they are affectionately called,

Big Ugly Fat F..Fellow) was

first flown in 1952, 51 years ago.
