There is an exact date/time and place of conception.What I meant was that if you find the ascending sign then,it will coincide with the position of the moon at the time of birth. Please tell us if this is the observations you have found from some case studies. For your kind information, the dictums from various texts including saravali agree on this: Janma Chandra will be in Kendra to nisheka chandra or in the sign of the nisheka chandra dwadasamsa.
