Taking a quick look at this man's chart, we see that Kuja Dosha exists - Mars is in the 2nd from Venus in a male's chart. Classical texts say that Mars' placement in Sag, a sign owned by Jupiter is said to nullify KD, but this is not the case here, for several reasons. Firstly, Mars is severly combust by the Sun, and secondly, Mars is placed in a malefic sign in the Navamsa. Note that his wife, whom he killed, does not have KD, very important in the overall scheme of things. Going to the Navamsa, note how both Moon and Mars are in malefic signs, in my view, nullifying any good effects that Chandra Mangala Yoga can ordinarily provide. KD exists here again, due to Mars' placement in the 2nd house from Venus. In that we see both Moon and Venus "victimized" in these charts (Moon in Rasi in the 8th house, and Saturn the 8th lord in the Asc), and that the 2nd houses from Venus in both charts is challenged, perhaps the motivation for killing the wife had to do with financial concerns? Venus Dasa began in 1989 and wouldn't be over until 2009. Hmm. Comments? Certainly one to file away and keep . Unfortunately I saved the birth details of this case but nothing else .
