Guest guest
Dear List: In the Vedic system, there is NOT a hexagram (six-sided star) on November 8 (point of infinity) because in the Vedic system no planet on November 8 is in Sag, which would be the sixth point of the hexagram. In the Western calculations, Venus is in Sag and so forms the sixth point of the Star of David on November 8. However, on November 22, with Vedic Calculations, with the Sun still in Libra, there IS an ephemeral, "hazy hexagram" (with the Sun still in Libra). The six planets forming the hexagram would be: Sun in Libra, Venus in Sag ("hazy" because Venus doesn't move into Sag until the 23rd), Uranus-Mars in Aquarius, RAHU IN ARIES, Saturn in Gemini, Jupiter in Leo. Please let me know if I am correct/incorrect on this. It is one of the instances when the East/West systems collide (or contradict)! I would still like to know the impact of Rahu in Aries combust NT Aries Moon (15 degrees) on November 8 for a Cancer lagna, if anyone cares to comment. Janna Satyam Shivam Sundaram -- The external show is like the surface of the ocean. It does not reveal much. Behind the appearances is the depth of the ocean. A completely different story. http://seven_directions.tripod.com/ My earlier note corrected above: Interestingly, I had this date, November 8, circled on my calendar since it is a Full Moon Eclipse (in Vedic in Aries; in Western, in Taurus); and also, since the Moon's nodes changed signs last week, the Moon's North Node (Rahu) will be conjunct/combust this eclipse. With Uranus stationing direct also that day, it should be fiery and electrifying! I'm certain that astrologers will have more to say about this date, but in the meantime, the astrologer below sees the Star of David hexagon pattern (the eight of infinity for "8" November) on that date as a signal for a new evolutionary spiral of awakening. Eclipses also are a culmination point in the previous cycle, with the New Moon Solar eclipse November 23 (in Vedic Scorpio; in Western Sag) heralding the beginning of the new cycle. So on today's Crescent Moon, let us focus on this forthcoming auspicious planetary alignment. The Sunrise Scene of November, 2003: On Nov. 8, six planets will form a Star of David or hexagon pattern that will be the most auspicious and love-charged alignment since May of 1999. This year's Star of David will be, among other things, a large and clear window of opportunity for human awakening. The main prelude piece to this grand event in November is the brilliant position of Mars in the coming months. As Mars moves this summer to the side of Earth opposite the Sun, he will grow brighter than he has been, in NASA's estimation, in 73,000 years. As we shall see in the weeks to come, Mars will not grow a deeper blood red, but will glow an orange-yellow like the Sun, thus announcing that his best energies of service, protectiveness, cooperation and mercy are available from now to November. This is an excellent time for the advancing of awakened ideas, even to audiences that had seemed hopelessly deaf, on matters of masculine imagery and military force. This year awakened beings help awakening soldiers work for peace. http://www.hermes3.net/july103.htm
