Guest guest
Dear Sateesh, here is what i found: "Eastern Kentucky shows a gradual shift from Central to Eastern time. In order to comply with mandated CST, there was wide-spread observance of daylight time in central Kentucky during the late 1950's, including continous observance of CDT in many cities after 1957. Since there was frequent local variation in starting and ending dates fo daylight saving periods, caution must be advised." >From "The American Atlas" - Expanded Fifth Edition - Thomas G. Shanks Astrodienst.com confirms that Daylight Saving was on in the case you are working on.
