Guest guest
Dear members, Does any body Know the full proof method to declare the No's of Brother sisters, or the No's of Children one may have.I do know some rules but I never though of researching and establishing those rules. If some rule is not unioversaly applicable then it has no authinticity.? Does the chart of Indira Gandhi shows that she was the only daughter of her father? Persons on the list with no siblings , kindly mail their data for research, others having only one child may also mail the data of the child. I need to confirm some of the findings. In reward to your sending me the data you may ask me one point regarding your horoscope, I will answer through KP and Nadi technique. Guest guest
Dear Inderjit, I have not heard of any foolproof method to declare no of brothers/sisters.There could be of course -- my knowledge of jyotish is limited. There are many factors here.Would you include half-brother and half-sister having only one parent common? What about terminated pregnancies/abortions where the sibling should have been but is terminated before birth? What about an adopted sibling? Best regards, vivek. Guest guest
I have heard from time to time that a Jyotishi got it right- the exact number of children somebody has, and their genders, in proper order, and so on. I don't know the rules, tricks, or whatever, to do that. I have 10 brothers and sisters, all from same natural parents. My mother was Irish Catholic and my Dad was willing to go along with it, for awhile. Anyway... Perhaps this thing, number of children, number of siblings, is easier to read in some charts, and the same rules then might fail in other charts because they are too fragmented karmicly. That's a concept I've come to believe in- that some charts work better with the rules, the Vedic concepts, than others, because the various souls have either clear, vedic-compatible karma, and less clear more complex, more "changed" from Vedic standards. Like these days there is a very high amount of people born outside their country of racial origin. So for example that's a mixup, so to speak, karmicly. Then if one is homosexual, that's another, and so on. But good luck anyway of course. Guest guest
Dear Inder, About 8 years ago, I too got interested in whether information about children and siblings (such as number, gender, birth order, career, etc) could be seen in one's chart. I also gathered charts of people to study. I was interested in people who were the second of two children and had an older sibling of a different gender. I was also interested in people who had only two natural born children of different genders. I avoided the very valid issue brought up by Vivek on the half-siblings, terminated pregnancies (whether voluntary or not), and adopted children. I then gathered charts that didn't fit what I was looking for to prove the rules would be different for them. I wasted great amounts of time on this. I wish you far better luck. What I discovered is that although you might get one rule to show you that a person has two children you wouldn't be able to show how many siblings. Etc. Basically, I'd get one, maybe two details to work, but not the rest. Granted, all my work was tropical. So it might be moot here. But when I dabbled in Vedic for a while, the only information I was able to get to work for my own chart was from a James Braha book about some planet (which I can no longer remember) placed in some sign or house (yep, memory like a sieve) frequently shows an older sibling who goes into medicine. I happen to have an older sibling who is a medical doctor. That's it. It was the only "rule" that worked regarding siblings. And I've got to think there are millions of people out there with that same planet in that same sign or house that don't have an older sibling in medicine. I think the operative word is "frequently". There may be rules which have had enough success to be mentioned but never enough to be foolproof. I don't think there are foolproof rules on anything. In scanning over old posts for this list, I've noticed that people have frequently gone looking for the "rule" on finding particular diseases, or baldness, or whatever, and no one ever seems to find it. That's not to say you shouldn't look. But be aware of how unlikely it is to find a "rule". We often jump into a job thinking it won't take long or can be done. Years later you wonder if you would have done it if you'd known. Then again, the impossible is done by those who don't know it's impossible. And being an "impossible chaser" myself, I don't want to discourage you. To answer your other question, I don't think a rule has no authenticity if it is not universally applicable. If that were true most of astrology would have no authenticity. Okay, I'll leave that statement alone before it blows up in my face. Anyway, you may be able to find what "frequently" shows no siblings, but you may not be able to find all the data you are looking for in one chart. That doesn't make the rules invalid. I think part of the problem is we use the word "rule" which implies universal applicablity when nothing is universally applicable in anything. I guess instead of "rules" they should be "tendencies" maybe? New Photos - easier uploading and sharing.

HELLO DAS, Though telling no's and brothers only impress to the consultant and does not solve any major purpose in today world . It only matters when a sibling is involved in making or marring your future. But the same rules are applicable to children and as such they help to many for looking at the chances of children one may have. While looking at your horoscope , I can assess you that you are not the eldest . One count speaks to me that you may have 6 brothers and 4 sisters but what is your exact no' in the 11 counts , one method speaks that you are 7th another 9th among 11 no's. total brother and sisters. Even if it is 6th then too I will feel that I have some success. And will you please post serial wise that is brother, sister etc and your no. in them. I count it like eldest two brothers then two sisters and brother , I may be wrong over here , but I will check if the no's and sex has the relations. Guest guest
The brothers/sisters situation of Rich MacKai Thomas Vurst and Joan MacKai married just after WWII in which both served, and had 11 children before Thomas went up to a Veterans Home for R&R, after which, Mom raised us all alone. I was around 10 or so at the time. We were all raised Catholic. We are all still alive and friendly to each other, very much so. I am one of the most colorful for my strange deviations from the norm. Everyone of us has wavy thick brown to black hair and in general we're all tall/stocky like your archetypical celt. Everyone is more or less alive and well. There's very little serious disease in all of us. When you get beyond the 4th one, Thomas, the personality and mental problems begin to increase reflecting the decreasing ability of the parents to show personal affection to each child. I was caught in the middle of that neglect wave, my mother even told me that. The birth order was as follows 3 girls 4 boys 4 girls I am the youngest boy, or the 7th one. I get along best with Margaret, Thomas and Donald was close to me when we were young. Everyone is "nice". This entire family, and the nature and lives of our parents, all of everything about this family, would and should be a wonderful book someday. My father won almost all the medals you can win in the Navy. He was at Pearl Harbor and served the whole war as an officer. My mother worked for the Navy in San Francisco during WWII Here's the names and occupations: Regina-Jewish Rabbi/Mother Margaret-Nurse/Mary Kay super rep Joan-Accountant/Mother Thomas-Realtor/Father Donald-Gardener/ultra unique character Paul-woodworker/Lakota Shaman/Druid/Father Richard-you know me Rosemary-Journalist/Mother Maureen-Clothier/Mother Grace-Nurse/Mother Adrienne-wife/speech therapist peace R
