Guest guest Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 Hi list, A lot of people have this problem.The nodes are placed in different houses depending on whether you use true or mean nodes.Obviously one cannot have two rahu's and two ketu's in the chart.Therefore either TRUE nodes is right or MEAN nodes is right.Both cannot be right. Dear Vivek, In practise when using Ruling Planets etc; these are mean nodes which work well , it was checked for those times when nodes change sign due to selection of true nodes. So it will be better to use mean nodes for astrological purposes and true nodes for astronomical purposes.
