Guru will not usually destroy the house he is in . He is a natural benefic

and functional benefic for some houses . Generally he will spiritualise what

he comes in contact with

On the contrary,jupiter protects the house in which it is located.

The ninth house stands for higher education in a spiritual sense --- vedic

philosophy,jyotish,etc NOT in a material sense.

Yes-- jupiter in 9th house may destroy what the world believes to be

education(university,college,etc) in order to lead you to the real education.
