Chalit Kundlis

Dear Members,

 

When do chalit kundlis become important. In my daughters case some

people say that her chalit kundli is equally important where all the

planets shift one house and the rising sign also changes from

Saggistarius to Capricorn.

 

Also how important is Navmans. I mean a planet is debilitated in

Lagna chart but its well placed in Navmans does that make any

difference ?
