Deepak,

 

The person's chart shows he has a Capricorn lagna. It is likely he

can get married after July 2004. This is due to the transit of

Jupiter in Virgo which will aspect his natal Saturn. According to

nadi jyotish principles, this can help the native get married.

 

It is interesting to note, however, the conjunction of Moon and Rahu

in the 4th house. This can make the person have unusual ideas.

 

Also, Venus in the 8th house can make a person have feminine

mannerism. At its worst, this position can further cause a person to

have homosexual tendencies.

 

Perhaps, these combinations have caused the person's delay in getting

married.
