Dear List,

 

Here's my take on the 12-sign monthly horoscope. I've included the

sidereal/lahiri sun sign placements just in case some members don't know their

rising and Moon signs. Ideally, each person should read it primarily according

to their lagna/ascendant and secondarily according to their Moon sign.

Monthly Horoscope July 2004

 

 

 

ARIES (Apr 13 - May 13) Career should be a source of optimism for you this

month. The first half of the month should bring favour on the career front as

you excel in getting your points across to those in position of power. The 10th

and 11th look especially fruitful. Some trouble on the home front around the

16th might cause you some pain or worry. As the Sun moves into your 4th house

for the second half of the month, you may find yourself redirecting some energy

towards fixing up the house. The 18th may bring a real home improvement.

Beware of people acting like children on the 21st. The 25th and 26th may find

you attending to business matters.

 

 

 

TAURUS (May 14 - Jun 14) Venus is still just starting to move forward again

in your sign, so that provides a nice canopy for you to enjoy life this month.

You may find yourself the centre of attention at various times in July,

especially around the 6th and 13th. Your focus in the first half of the month

may be directed towards family matters, and you take an unusual interest in

communicating with older people. July may bring some concern over siblings

however, especially around the 18th. Make sure to take advantage of favourable

situations at work around the 21st. This should be a happy time for you. Take

precautions travelling around the 25th.

 

 

 

GEMINI (Jun 15 - Jul 15) The first half of July should see an increase in

energy and vitality for new projects, especially around the 2nd. Look for a

little limelight to shine your way around the 8th. And with Venus in your 12th

house of bedroom pleasures, why not plan a romantic evening, especially around

the 13th? As the Sun moves into your second house in the second half of the

month, things may get a little hectic. This is okay if you leave time for

yourself, otherwise it has the danger of causing too much stress particularly

involving your family. Watch out for possible excesses on the 16th and the

21st. An unwanted expenditure is possible on the 25th.

 

 

 

CANCER (Jul 16 - Aug 15) You may have a hard getting recognized at work in the

first half of the month, or things just won't go your way. The 6th may provide

a headache that will force you to work extra-hard to combat. You'll climb back

into the driver's seat by the 10th however, although it still won't feel like

you entirely belong there. With both Mercury and Mars in your sign, you will

feel surrounded by too much intelligence. Hopefully you can find a way to work

with it rather than against it. By the 18th, you will again feel on your game.

Be ready for an important victory on the 21st. Status and money become more

important concerns in the second half generally.

 

 

 

LEO (Aug 16 - Sep 15) Your ruling planet the Sun is conjunct Saturn in the

first two weeks of July so this might cause an oppressive atmosphere. Your

focus may be more oriented towards your spouse and your friends with problems

arising around the 6th and 7th. As the month goes on, you may find spiritual

matters more compelling. Travel and interaction with foreign people are also

more likely, especially around the 18th. Watch out for possible breakdowns in

communication around the 25th.

 

 

 

VIRGO (Sep 16 - Oct 16) In the first half of the month, your ruling planet

Mercury moves through the 11th house of gains. This may be a fortunate time for

money in general, especially from sources other than work. Favourable days are

the 3rd, 10th, and the 18th. By the 20th, you might not care that much about

money however, as Mercury moves into your 12th house. You may be in the

spending mood, or wondering what the point of money is at all. You may make

the acquaintance of someone from another culture at this time. Perhaps they

will offer you an new perspective on things. The cosmic payoff may come near

the 29th.

 

 

 

LIBRA (Oct 17 - Nov 15) Your ruling planet Venus is still in the sign of

Taurus in your 8th house. 'Unknown pleasures' would be one way of looking at

things this month. You may be more drawn to occult matters, especially around

the 13th. The mystery will be its own reward. Things will really start to go

your way after the 15th, with the 17th and 18th looking like harvest days for

you. Make sure you've sown good seeds. The 25th may bring an unexpected

recognition.

 

 

 

SCORPIO (Nov 16 - Dec 14) Your ruling planet Mars is in your 9th house this

month so your thoughts may be preoccupied with higher intellecual concerns and

religious devotion. This curiosity about higher knowledge is likely to be very

rewarding for you and will provide a feeling of well-being and security. Travel

is more likely at this time, especially around the 3rd and 17th. You may also

feel some attraction to someone from a foreign culture around the 13th. Career

matters go well after the 16th. Around the 20th, your boss will be bestow

favours on you.

 

 

 

SAGITTARIUS (Dec 15 - Jan 13) The Sun passes through your 7th house in the

first half of the month. This will highlight relationship issues and will force

you to confront questions of control and selfishness. Be prepared to do some

work on these and you will emerge all the better for it. The 10th and 15th

look the most challenging. Relief will come by the 20th. A brief journey into

metaphysics around the 26th may give you some inspiration.

 

 

 

CAPRICORN (Jan 14 - Feb 12) Your ruling planet Saturn finds common cause

with the Sun in your 6th house for the first half of this month. This will

probably be a time of faithful service (read: work!) to your chosen masters.

Social activity may be noteworthy in some way on the 3rd, and this month will be

good for business affairs generally. Watch for misunderstandings with partners

around the 10th. After the 15th, you will more interested than usual in

connecting with others, especially on the 17th and 18th. Look for some secrets

to come your way in the last week of the month.

 

 

 

AQUARIUS (Feb 13 - March 13) With your ruling planet Saturn with the Sun in

your 5th house at the start of July, it may be hard for you to relax and have

fun. A better approach would be to focus on the work that needs doing right now

and leave the partying for another time. You can expect to make progress

around the 5th, but face a roadblock on the 10th. A good time to take a break

will be the 13th. Life becomes easier after the 20th. Don't let the wrench in

the works on the 22nd bring you down. Appreciation from authority comes on the

27th.

 

 

 

PISCES (March 14 - Apr 12) You may find life a little unsettled to begin this

month. It may be hard to relax as competitive energy flows through you,

especially on the 11th. The mood lightens after the 15th and you may take

pleasure in recreational games and being with children. A picnic on the 19th

would be perfect. A stroke of luck on the job on the 21st makes for a better

finish to July. This would be a good time for scheduling meetings at work and

improving the channels of communication with colleagues. The 23rd brings

happiness from partners.
