Guest guest
The Magic of Numbers Take any number. It doesn't have to be just a two digit number. It can be as long as you like. Add the individual digits together and subtract the sum from the original number, the balance will ALWAYS be a multiple of nine. Example 1 Take 457 4+5+7=16 457-16=441 441/9=49 Example 2 12349876 1+2+3+4+9+8+7+6=40 12349876-40=12349836 12349836/9=1372204 Amazing!!!! That's the magic of numbers Vaidun Vidyadhar 1 / 94 Marius Street Tamworth, NSW 2340 Australia Tel: 61-2-67 668428 (home) Mobile: 0414 870 083 Email: vvidya Vaidun Vidyadhar [vvidya] Sunday, 28 November 2004 9:48 AM valist RE: Re: How does this thing work!??? Dasji, The answer is quite simple as explained below. If you take ANY two digit number, add it's single digits and subtract the sum from the original two digit number you will ALWAYS get a multiple of 9, such as 9, 18, 27, 36, 45,54 etc. You can try this with any two digit number. The crux of the puzzle is based on this mathematical fact. The next step is to display a chart where all multiples of nine show the same sign displayed against each. So no matter what number you select the answer will always be the same, FOR THAT CHART. When you "Try Again" you get another chart where against all multiples of nine a different sign is shown but it will be the same sign against each multiple of nine. So no matter how many times you try, you will ALWAYS get the correct sign displayed. Dear Das, I was puzzled with such a thing a few days back, I just saw something like this and was amazed how it worked, and then FW it to all, (Before trying to figure it out by myself)... That was more easier than that. First of all this is a macromedia flash animation then it is nothing than an animation and must show some fixed sort of result always. Mind reading etc is never possible through this monitor and it has no systme to interact, even... I tried it a few times and it worked, then suddenly I get an idea to "test" it. I saw that it changes the signs for each no. each time you start over. Say now number 13 is having the sign of a bell but next time you try then 13 will have some other signs. If it was something real, it would never change the signs. Changing the sign means it is cheating each time. I did one thing. I selected a number then found the sign, but did not press the button. I selected another number, and calculating, I found that I am getting the same sign as to the prvious number! I understood that from a particular "SCREEN", whatever number you select, leads to ONLY ONE SIGN and that only one sign is shown as the result. Check the attached file. Here the signs for each number are different than the previous attempt, of course. So in this screen you see a SET OF SIGNS ON THE NUMBERS. And with THIS SET, any number you choose will lead you to the same sign which will be shown when you press the button. >From this screen, take 10. 10-1=9, you get the sign libra. Then take 32. 32=3+2=5. 32-5=27, you get libra. Take 90. 90-9=81, you get libra. So from this screen, the numbers are set up in a particular way that any number you select will result a libra sign, which they will show you at the end. So it is good to try addressing the prob from a different, unexpected way. One would not expect to select multiple numbers from the same screen, [which will reveal the trick.] Rather people select one number from one screen, press the button, see result, then choose again from the next screen. But next screen changes the signs VS numbers already. This trick is revealed when you a few friends sit together and select different numbers. You will come to know that whatever number you are choosing is leading to one single sign, so you friends will end up saying, "Hey I am taking a different number but got the same sign to you!" Matter of math :-) Take care Tanvir. What can not happen, can never happen. Which is mine, is forever mine. http://www.jyotish-remedies.com - Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) Predictive astrology with incredibly powerful problem solving remedies Where relief and solutions are found Links
