They tend to be either overtly negative or too positive about their own future life assesments. It is something like having a sore or a pus-filled wart on one's back between the shoulders, where one's own hand cannot reach. Another individual is required to treat that wart. Till date, I haven't found out what planetary combinations have made me a professional astrologer.
