Guest guest Posted March 8, 2005 Report Share Posted March 8, 2005 I get up early usually, and check the email first thing, as it's the most happening thing in my too quiet life, and when there is interesting stuff on the list, as there has been lately, I am made happy, it makes me happy for a few moments. I am often not happy, for some reason, for some karmic reason, not happy, not feeling "well". This is many years running now. Lonely, depressive, sad like, far too much of the time. But the list shines through like a mini little social life, giving me a feeling of talking to people, which is not actually in my life- I don't get to talk to hardly anyone except those calling for codes each day- quick little phone calls on a practical matter only. The list is sometimes my only social life, and hence, I'm glad it's there, giving me a feeling of connectedness to others, a group that is, connectedness to a group, a city, a village, a community.
