conversion of ghatis to ist in one case

hi all

i am foxed by this one. i am unable to convert it to ist. could someone help

please ?

according to GJ, the converted ist was 21:36:53. this gives contrary readings

reg the actual journey vis-a-vis the package readings and other factors.

1 Ghatika = 24 Minutes

1 ViGhatika = 24 Seconds

 

38:13:00 Ghatikas = 38.2167 Ghatikas *24 Min = 917.2 Mins/60

= 15.287 Hours = 15H 17M 12Secs

Find the Sunrise time at the given location for the day

and add the above hours to SunRise.
