His saturn mahadasha is running. saturn is lord of ninth positioned in fourth. It has already given him a shot at presidency, the highest post. By the end of this year, november or december using both birth times, his mercury antardasha will begin. Mercury is in lagna and in its own sign. It is in tenth house from saturn and is also the lord of fourth house, an important house for democratic public support. As we have been anticipating a short term for George Bush Jr, in case of a re-election, John Edwards could win the presidential post. But, his mercury antardasha is only till aug-sep'07. If he is destined to be next president then the present presidency will surely be short lived.
