Guest guest
Das, Good to see you trying to get back in the saddle again. All of us are created for a reason. Guest guest
Hey! Who will entertain us now! Just kidding around DasŠ. I am so grateful for your improvement. I have a hard time with other peoples suffering. It seems that I can tolerate my own more than I can others and it has always been a part of my makeup to try help. You at one point in time talked about getting back to joggingŠ I think with spring arriving it would be a good start for you. I am so happy for you my friend, go in peace! Don't worry, I'll still write, but it won't be so full of complaining, and that's a good thing. Yes, Spring is Springing here in Northern North America and the house I live in with my daughter and grandaughter is right off the famous Eugene Jogging Trail (this is the town where Jogging got it's real name due to ProFontaine, the famous Olympic runner who was from here). I do jog still, but man, is it harder than it used to be. I think your bones go on strike after 40. To be healthy, we need excercise of various types. And, we have to pay attention to have a good diet, which mainly means do not eat processed foods, too much sugars, and so on. And we have to think good thoughts, and not ruminate on the negative. So many things to do to be healthy, but without health, all is lost. I feel like I have rejoined the human race. There is a best selling book in America right now called "Shut up, Stop Whining, and Get a Life!" Yeah, that's kindof something I understand now. But all comes in time, when we are ready, when we have suffered enough, we get on with what is real, what works. When I was stuck, nobody's words really helped. Now, I automatically already understand and know what to do. I truly believe in Jyotish, the Dashas, and see them working in my life and those around me. Guest guest
-Dear Das, It is true, it comes exactly when it should not sooner not later, we look back after and think, that was easy why did I think it was different. Somehow when it is meant to be, everything seems easy, more meaningful. But looking back all the experiences, how ever bitter can only help us in appreciating life better, which we would not have otherwise. We should consider ourselves blessed to have been given the experiences, for they help us emerge stronger and cleaner. Best wishes Nalini -- In valist, Das Goravani <> wrote: > > Hey!
