varnarUpini : The letters.

 

There are sixty-four letters; these make up her form. The PAninisiksA

says, "According to the SAmbhava school there are sixty-four letters,

these are promulgated by Syayambhu in the PrAkrt or samskrt language"

She is of the form of letters; i.e. the Vedas are Her form.
