The Gita, now that's a good use of trees (for Rick and all)

Namaste Rick and all,

Based on a seminar I attended, one astrologer stated that humans have

the free will to make decisions in areas relating to the upachaya

houses (3,6,10,11). The rest of the houses is determined by the

Creator. In effect, this means that people do not have the final say

in choosing and marrying a spouse. Perhaps, this is the reason why

King Solomon from the Old Testament stated that it is a blessing to

have a wife.

As a corollary to the rule, those people who insist on selecting

their spouses based on their own criteria end up in choosing the

wrong ones which lead to unhappiness and separation.

Regards,

John R.
