Dear Gobind,

The simplest and most practical way to confirm the malefic/benefic

nature of Saturn in this combination is to check the health of mother. Late

Dr B V Raman had this Sani-Chandra Yoga in the fourth in Taurus and lost his

mother early. Thus, though Saturn had the lordship of the Lagna for Aquarius

ascendant in his chart, the 12th lordship results also showed up. All this

even when this combination was aspected by Jupiter from the tenth in his

chart. However, traditional(Saturn) education in Jyotish(Jupiter) was

excellent.

That is why horoscope effects are confirmed by asking some initial

Saturn is ruler of 8 and 9 and in the 4th,Virgo.Saturn is conjunct

Moon,ruler of 2.Both in the house of a great friend and Saturn is

Vargottama.The Moon is a waxing moon.The Moon is temporary malefic as maraka
