Again 9th lord in the 8th - help needed

Dear Yasomatiji,

I really don't know what to say. This sort of good or bad is too

much of a generalisation. The ninth lord in the 8th is not considered good,

except when the 9th Lord is Jupiter (eg. Adi Sankara). I think this dictum

is also from Bhavartha Ratnakara (Sri Ramanuja). However, a lot depends on

the entire chart and the Arudha lagna also. If the Lagnesh is in the 12th,

the 9th Lord will be in the 10th from AL and, if a malefic, the results will

be bad, else good. Thus a lot depends on the chart. However, the standard

rule is stated above.
