Guest guest
1 the changing of the seasons occurs due to the suns apparent movement measured against the celestial equator. for the northern hemisphere during winter solstice the sun reaches its maximum angular distance from the celestial equator or minimum declination. once this happens the sun approaches the equator, when it reaches 0 degrees and crosses the celestial equator it will be autumn. then its angular distance continues to increase towards the maximum declination where we have winter solstice. now the sun will decrease declination towards the celestial equator again, when it reaches 0 degress and crosses the celestial equator we will have spring. autmn and spring occur when the sun crosses the celestial equator, this occurs twice a yr. winter and summer solstice occur at maximum and minimum declinations, once a yr. 2 at very high lattitudes when the sun is in the same hemisphere the angular tilt of the earths plane allows for sunlight to be continuous throughout day and night. this can be more pronounced if the tilt of the earths plane is facing into the suns direction ie if the axis of the earth makes an angle with the plane of the sun and earth of less then 90 degrees. the sun is able to continuously light up the higher latitudes. 3 the non moving heavenly bodies will be the nakshatras. the moving bodies will be the grahas and upagrahas. the influence the moving objects have is dependent on their placement in seperately defined non moving areas such as rasi and nakshatra. the rasis are linked to the sun and the nakshatras are linked to the moon. planets in rasis can be said to give various general/physical results like raja yoga but the nakshatra placement will reveal the subtle mental level the planets are functioning on. depending on where the lagna is the rasi will signify different aspects of life ie houses. the lord of the rasi will be very important in judging the results of that house. the lords placement in different rasis and nakshatras will determine the results of that house to a great extent. 4 i was born relatively near the equator 4/56 N this means that the day is roughly equal to night. sunrise is roughly the same time throughout the year, there is litle variation unlike at higher or lower latitudes. the sun is 7 degrees below the celestial equator so it was just past autumn solstice in the northern hemisphere. sun, mercury , jupiter and venus were below the celestial equator and mars, moon and saturn were above the celestial equator. at the time of birth lagna was 4/54 degrees taurus, if we look from the eastern horizon to the western all planets between 4/54 taurus and 4/54 scorpio where in the invisible plane of 180 degrees below me ( saturn ketu sun and mercury) all planets from 4/54 scorpio to 4/54 taurus were in the visible plane of 180 degrees above me (venus rahu jupiter moon and mars) this is also why 10th house is important as it is practically directly above the person at time of birth. birth details 11 oct 1973 12:38 gmt 4/56 n 114/55 e jaan
